Who is responsible

Dreamlab Cybertechnologies operates this website and is responsible for the personal data it collects through it. Contact us at [email protected] for questions or requests about personal data.

Information we process

  • Information you choose to send by email or telephone, such as your name, contact details and project enquiry.
  • Technical information in hosting and security logs, such as IP address, requested resource, time and browser information.
  • Your cookie preference, stored in a first-party cookie for up to six months.
  • Where you consent and Google Analytics is enabled: online identifiers and information about page visits and interaction. We do not send enquiry content or CMS credentials to Analytics.

Purposes and legal bases

We use enquiry information to respond to your request and take steps towards a potential contract. Technical and security logs support our legitimate interest in keeping the website reliable and secure. Optional audience measurement uses your consent. Legal duties may require us to retain particular records.

Recipients and international transfers

Hosting, email, security and technical service providers may process information as necessary to operate the website and respond to enquiries. Google receives Analytics data only after you opt in and when Analytics is enabled. Google may process data outside the EEA under its applicable data protection terms and transfer safeguards. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

We retain enquiries and related records for as long as necessary for the purpose and applicable legal duties. Hosting log retention is governed by the hosting and security configuration. The website configures Analytics cookies to expire after six months; Analytics event retention is configured separately in the Google Analytics account. You can withdraw Analytics consent through Cookie Settings at any time.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority at www.dpa.gr.

External links

External websites, including map directions, Paros Innovation Center and other organisations, operate under their own privacy policies. Our regional location map is hosted locally and does not contact an external map provider when displayed.

Changes

We may update this notice to reflect changes in the website and its operation. The date above identifies this version.
